The association provides continuing education and networking for its members through its monthly meetings in the form of talks or site visits, and through partnerships forged with other professional associations and relevant government bodies.
Fellowship activities too are integral to the association’s program. Many a speaker or guest to its meetings has observed the strong camaraderie among its members owing to decades-long friendships and the very limited membership in the association.
Drawing from the extensive business and government network of its members, the association taps highly qualified resource speakers to talk on relevant issues, trends and recent developments affecting the property industry.
The talks run the gamut of topics of keen interest to the membership — not only focusing about the property industry (market and industry reviews, situationers for particular locales, new projects and technology, marketing and development trends) but also the movements encompassing the industry (the economy, trade, political changes, government policies, proposed and new legislation, infrastructure programs, regulatory enforcement). The talks are conducted formally or as fireside chats.
