Membership in the association is by sponsorship or nomination from an existing member, not through direct application.
Members are carefully selected based on their extensive work experience and recognition in their fields, with a preference for at least twenty years of in-depth experience in the property industry or its related sectors.
While many members possess expertise across multiple property sectors, the association is structured so that each member is recognized as a lead expert in a specific discipline. Prospective members are asked to choose the area of expertise in which they have the deepest knowledge and most substantial experience.

The association honors the memory of the following deceased members.
JUSTO MANTILLA ORTIZ
(September 22, 1929 – June 12, 2016)
Justo brought his vast expertise in residential agency, drawing from his extensive experience as a real estate broker and President of J.M. Ortiz and Co., Inc. (Zitro Real Estate). A towering figure, he continued to inspire younger members of the association with his active involvement, curiosity, and passion, even in his eighties.
Following in his footsteps, his daughter Maria Ines Ortiz Calma joined GREENPRO, contributing her own expertise in residential agency.
PETER YU
(September 14, 1941 – July 13, 2019)
Peter served as Chairman of Golden Forum Land (GFL) Metro Communities, Inc., the developer behind Forum Fort, a large mixed-use commercial building, and Seibu Tower, a high-end residential condominium, both located in Bonifacio Global City. In GREENPRO, Peter was a positive role model, staying informed on new developments and continuously generating fresh project ideas, even in his later years. After his passing, his son Harvard Yu joined the association, bringing his expertise in residential condominium development.
The association wishes to honor CESAR YATCO, one of the founding members of the “Society of Industrial-Residential-Commercial Realty Organization.” Cesar played a key role in nominating members to that group, many of whom later became senior members of GREENPRO. A distinguished real estate broker, Cesar is fondly remembered for his humor and his active efforts to connect with and engage the membership.
